Zutaten: Zucker, Mandeln (17%), Kakaobutter, Haselnüsse (12%), Kakaomasse, Vollmilchpulver, Pistazien (2,2%), Emulgator: Lecithine, Feuchthaltemittel: Sorbitsirup, Glukosesirup, Überzugsmittel: Schellack, natürliches Vanillearoma. Kann Spuren von Soja und anderen Schalenfrüchten enthalten.

Der von uns verwendete Nougat zeichnet sich insbesondere durch die hohe Qualität der verarbeiteten Nüsse und Mandeln sowie deren feine Vermahlung und fachgerechte Röstung aus. Für unsere Pralinen verwenden wir ausschließlich supergrüne Pistazien und bronzebraune Haselnüsse von höchster Qualität. Unsere Mandeln beziehen wir vom Mittelmeer. In dieser Mischung haben wir zehn unserer beliebtesten Nougat Pralinen vereint, je zwei der Sorten Florenzer Rose in Vollmilchschokolade, Nougatkrokant in Vollmilchschokolade, Pistaziennougat in Vollmilchschokolade, Nussbitter-Nougat in Zartbitterschokolade und Nougat mit ganzen Nüssen. Ein Muss für Nougat-Liebhaber!

Lagerung: Pralinen und Trüffel sollen kühl und trocken bei einer Temperatur von 15–18 Grad gelagert werden. Starke Temperaturschwankungen, Kühlschränke und Heizungen vertragen unsere Pralinen nicht. Ein Weinkühlschrank oder eine kühle, trockene Speisekammer sind ideal.

Haltbarkeit: Unsere Pralinen und Trüffel werden ohne chemische Konservierungsstoffe, künstliche Aromen und günstige Ersatzstoffe hergestellt. Für das beste Geschmackserlebnis empfehlen wir, sie frisch zu genießen. Unsere Schokoladenspezialitäten sind oftmals auch nach Ablauf des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums verzehrfähig. Der Geschmack ist dann gelegentlich abgeschwächt.

Description:
The nougat we use is characterised by the high quality of the nuts and almonds used, as well as their fine grinding and professional roasting. We only use super-green pistachios and bronze hazelnuts of the highest quality for our chocolates. We source our almonds from the Mediterranean. This assortment combines ten of our most popular nougat chocolates: two each of the varieties Florenzer Rose in milk chocolate, nougat brittle in milk chocolate, pistachio nougat in milk chocolate, nutty nougat in dark chocolate and nougat with whole nuts. A must for nougat lovers!

Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15–18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate strong temperature fluctuations, refrigerators or heaters. A wine refrigerator or a cool, dry pantry is ideal.

Shelf life: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours or cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often still edible after the best-before date. Occasionally, the taste may be slightly diminished.
