Description:
The marzipan gets its outstanding flavour from the natural blend of selected sweet and bitter almonds from the Mediterranean. It is traditionally roasted slowly in open copper cauldrons, which gives it its fine aroma. For our pralines, we only use marzipan that is 100% raw marzipan with an almond content of 52%. So, not much sugar, but lots of almond. For these praline balls, we dip the marzipan in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%. The balls are inherently vegan and come in a transparent bag.
Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15–18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate major temperature fluctuations, fridges or heaters. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry is ideal.
Shelf life: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours or cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often still edible after the best-before date. Occasionally, the taste is then slightly diminished.
