Description:
We refine the truffle cream for these praline balls with fruity apple confit and vanilla to give them the delicate flavour of baked apple. The hollow milk chocolate shells are still spun by hand in our factory. This means that the balls are homemade from the very first step. After cooling, we fill them with truffle cream until they weigh exactly 20 g. For technical reasons, but also so that they are a bite-sized size.
Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 15–18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate strong temperature fluctuations, refrigerators or heaters. A wine refrigerator or a cool, dry pantry is ideal.
Shelf life: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours or cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often still edible after the best-before date. Occasionally, the taste may be slightly diminished.
