Description:
Our marzipan gets its outstanding flavour from the natural blend of selected sweet and bitter almonds from the Mediterranean. It is traditionally roasted slowly in open copper pots, which gives it its delicate aroma. For our marzipan logs, we use only marzipan made from 100% raw almond paste with a minimum almond content of 52%. So, not much sugar, but lots of almonds. We refine the aromatic marzipan bread with pistachio marzipan, grated pistachios and a hint of kirsch. We dip the finished breads in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%, which naturally makes them vegan. We wrap them in coloured tin foil and cling film so that they look festive and stay fresh for a long time.

Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15–18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate major temperature fluctuations, fridges or heaters. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry is ideal.
Shelf life: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours or cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often still edible after the best-before date. Occasionally, the taste may be slightly diminished.
