Description:
We fill our dark chocolate balls, made with cocoa solids of at least 60%, with the finest nut nougat. This is made from the highest quality hazelnuts, which are first finely ground and then expertly roasted. The shells for our chocolate balls are still spun by hand in our factory and are therefore homemade from the very first step. After cooling, we fill them until they weigh exactly 20 g. This is done for technical reasons, but also so that they have a bite-sized size.
Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15–18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate major temperature fluctuations, fridges or heaters. A wine fridge or a cool, dry pantry is ideal.
Shelf life: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours or cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often still edible after the best-before date. Occasionally, the taste may be slightly diminished.
